Bats should sleep in the “dark”/gain the function of the glare.

The glare lost the mob vote but it’s function should still be implemented. The best way to do this I think, would be to give the function to bats. More specifically, when a bat goes to roost, they should only do so when the ground beneath them is dark enough for mobs to spawn. Clarification, the blocks around them could be light, but as long as the closest solid block on the Y coordinate is at a sufficiently low light level they can rest there.
