An idea for the new voted mob the Allay and a use for the Goat horn that hasn't been implemented yet.
First off: the goat horn should be a rare item you can get, not by killing a goat but when the goat is ramming a mob. So there could be a small % chance when a Goat rams for example a Creeper and by ramming it, it can loose one of it horns (visual indication too). This horn can grow back like the wool from a sheep. This way the player can obtain the goat horn without harming the goat.
The goat horn can then be used as a general sound command towards the Allay. So the noteblocks will keep their mechanic of giving different sound-commands to the Allay but the Goat horn could be a general "come back" sound in case of an emergency.
The goat horn could be an block entity instead of an item, simillar to a Bell. Something you can place, and when activated with redstone, it will produce a sound. The player can do this too likewise hitting a bell with your hand.
I think this way you can have a realistic use for the Goat horn and in combination with the Allay idea of using noteblocks, this can be combined. The exact things it should do it of course to the dev team along with everything regarding the Allay. This idea is just something I thought would be useful for both the Allay and a rare-to-obtain item the Goat horn.
