Allay Spawning / Obtaining

I think that the allay could either be a converted vex, i.e., you hit or kill a vex and it becomes an allay.

I believe that this would make allays rare enough and make woodland mansions useful again.  Perhaps breeding could be introduced to increase the numbers in a more manageable way.

I believe that allays becoming vexes if struck by lightning is a particularly cool idea

Before you vote on this though, you should consider how players might be put off from getting allays during early game,
