Some short transitional pieces between songs?

I feel like there's too much silence even with all the new music, so I think there should be some transitional pieces that can go between soundtracks. It probably wouldn't be reasonable to have a system where it can play transitional pieces at any time but I feel like there could be some intervals where a small transitional piece has a chance to play that leads into another song. It would be really neat and it would make gameplay transition smoother, as well as combine minecraft music into one coherent, dynamic track. It would work to make all the beautiful music into a singular, ever-changing track that would be great.
