recipe book should always show all unlocked recipies

basically I often search for a recipes in my inventory. But if I'm not at a crafting table the 3x3 recipes just won't show at all, maybe so it says needs to be crafted at:block or show a greyed out version of the recipe so I can still see it even when I'm in the wrong ui.
