Add an option on bedrock to disable skin-changing notifications in chat

Whenever someone changes their skin on a multiplayer world, it sends a message in chat to everyone in the world. This is really annoying in certain mini games and also sometimes clogs up chat. I don’t know why the message was added in the first place and it might have some use for some people, but just adding a gamerule or command to remove it would be really useful for lots of people.

     I completely agree I really think it's quite annoying and I would love to have a option to disable it
