Sculk On Java

There's currently sculk blocks on bedrock beta, and apparently it's almost fully coded for minecraft java edition, so why not put it in the next java snapshot? I would like to mess around with the final thing soon, and maybe it could be a special snapshot? Also perhaps there could be some early 1.19 snapshots? It looks like it's around 50% coded, and I would also love to mess around with the 1.19 things early!
