Locate Deep Dark City Command

Since the Deep Dark City is going to be added, I suggest that a locate Deep Dark City command be added as well. 

The command could be:   /locate deepdarkcity

    All generated structures can be /locate-d, this is suggesting something that's 100% already going to happen.
