Parrots can perch

Parrots were great addition, but they could do with a small change, perching! Parrots perch in real life, and it would be a cool way to have a parrot sat down. Just like cats sit on top of chests automatically, parrots could perch on thin items, such as the tops of bells, banners and signs, along with other places like end-rods and connected fences.
