New Nether Mob: The Scrambler

The Scrambler is a large nether bat that hang from the roof of the nether overtop of lava. You would have to be careful when moving over lava, like bridging or riding a strider, because it swoop down and knock you into the lava below. However, if you are ready for it you can have a saddle for when it comes down and you can then ride the scrambler. If you were to kill it, it would drop "Scrambler Claws" which with a crossbow and string could potentially be used to craft the much requested "Grappling Hook." I personally think this would be the perfect edition to the game. Also it could be a mob that is in large deepslate caves if it would be for suiting for the Caves and Cliffs Update.

    It should be neutral but if you hold a weapon it becomes hostile
