Add "The Wild Update" category

Now that the next update is official, we should be able to make posts under that topic. After all we've seen the mangrove swamps and the frogs and the fireflies, etc, and the community already has so many ideas to share.

Also since the Deep Dark has been moved to 1.19, it doesnt make sense to post those suggestions under Caves & Cliffs anymore.
