Behavior for the 1.19 Snowy Frogs

The real-life Wood Frog can be frozen solid during the winter, thaw out in the spring, and restart its heart once the ice is gone. It survives by pumping antifreeze-like chemicals through its bloodstream. I suggest that Minecraft snowy frogs have this ability too - being able to freeze into an ice block and eventually thaw out. Perhaps players could break this block with the frog in it with Silk Touch and carry it around. Possibly when the frog leaves the block (or a player breaks it without Silk Touch) it leaves behind a new variant of snowball or maybe an upgrade for arrows, which stun mobs and players for a brief period when you throw it at/shoot an upgraded arrow at them.
