Behavior for the 1.19 Warm-Biome Frogs

Lots of Tree Frogs are great climbers, and it would add life to jungles if tropical frogs could climb trees. They would vertically climb up tree trunks and hide inside leaves when scared. Breaking the leaf with Silk Touch would drop the block with the frog in it, and destroying it without the enchantment would cause the frog to come out. I think it would be cool if tropical frogs were poisonous too! This would poison any entity that attacks them, providing more severe poison if that entity has an empty hand. This would provide a different type of poison than normal, slowly draining the health and "paralyzing" the victim for a short time. If you attack the frog with a weapon, you would get a lower level of the effect, and attacking it with an empty hand would provide a stronger effect, making moving, jumping, attacking, and interacting with blocks much harder for 1-2 seconds. Right-clicking on the frog with a water bottle will turn it into a 'Sludge Bottle', which can be used alongside other ingredients to make a Potion of Paralysis.
