Move where cockatiels spawn to the savannah

One thing that has bothered me since parrots were released is that they all spawn in the jungle. The cockatiel (grey parrot) is not found in the jungle, but is instead native to the savannahs of Australia. 

I believe that the grey parrot should spawn in savannahs instead of the jungle. This keeps the current theme of having animals spawn in areas they would be found in in the real world (pandas in bamboo forests, foxes in taigas, different colored rabbits based on biome).
