The Warden can't see, and must have very very good hearing, judging on how quickly it reacts to any noise around the room. We've seen it run at snowballs and after footsteps. For something with hearing that good, it could react adversely to extremely loud noises. Some loud things include: goat horns(?), bells, fireworks, etc.
Upon hearing one of these loud noises, the Warden would be stunned, possibly holding it's head and groaning loudly and eerily to indicate that it is in pain. Then, it will charge angrily at the source of the noise, destroying it (breaking the block, attacking the player). Perhaps if it managed to miss, it could bang its head into the wall and stun itself for even longer. Attacking the Warden during stun time would wake it up from it's trance so the player could not abuse this for too easy of a kill.
This would add a level of depth to trying to fight the Warden as opposed to sneaking around it, as an enemy that does that much damage MUST be stunned in order for it to be a fair fight. This would also add to the creepy factor, with a horrifying, gut-wrenching Warden scream to really show how good it's hearing is.
