Transfer Items between Inventories using scroll wheel

If you have two inventories open (e.g. player and chest) you can transfer items from one inventory to the other when scrolling while hovering over a stack of items. One item is transfered for each tick of the scroll wheel. Items are transfered to/from the inventory (that contains the stack hovered by the mouse) depending on the direction of the scrolling.
