Make the UIs (esc menu,inv,ect) and such resize to window size better(java)

Whenever i adjust my games window size it always throws the size and proportions of UIs such as inventory, hotbar, menu when pressing esc and home menu and such be VERY put of proportion (usually much smaller than it should be) and is really bothersome and annoying, i would suggest making it adjust and be more proportional to the size of the window
