Parity means making features behave consistently across different Minecraft editions, most commonly between Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Java does not have any built in rtx unlike windows 10 edition. It can also be hard to find and use rtx on Java without running into malware. Though I know it would probably be hard to do due to the code Java uses. (JavaScript)
