[Mob A Minecon 2021] better functionality for Glare.

When we feed it glow berries, it will go around and light dark places up with temporary light source.

    Minecraft does not have dynamic lighting, so it cannot be a light source. At most it will have a fake light, like a glowing octopus or the eyes of an enderman
