Every Minecraft Live & snapshot/beta release should be at 11:00am UTC.

Minecraft is a global game, and every live event should be accessible to as many people as possible. Thankfully, the Pacific Ocean has crammed the continets close enough that there is a time frame when most of the population is awake. That is 11:00am UTC, which is the same as 12:am New Zealand time, 7:00pm LA time, and 1:am Stockholm. I know the North Atlantic region is your biggest market, but you shouldn't put the West Pacific into sleep deprivation as a sacrifice. 

Also, can you please explain why the community live events are blocked from posting new ideas? Please post it on the comments as I've never got an email for my numerous failed approvals.
