Option to turn off the pointer icon in MCD

While the pointer icon is great for playing the Minecraft Dungeons the first couple of times, it takes away some of the exploration and excitement for people looking to find secrets and explore the vast maps. Not only does the pointer icon show the right way out of a level, but also reveals which paths may contain secrets. Thus, I would like to propose a toggle option for the pointer icon, so that it can easily be turned off for players seeking a more challenging gameplay experience. I do think it should be enable by default though, since it serves a great help for newcomers, but having it as an option pleases everyone in my opinon.
