New capes every major update

I think it could be cool if every major update after your Minecraft account was created you received a cape. The addition of the migration cape for moving your Mojang account to Microsoft was great and gave a way for players to show how long they had been playing so why not just add a simple mountain cape or cave cape for the new 1.18 update or a nether cape for 1.16.
