Make Default Look Matte Instead of Glossy with RTX Enabled

When RTX is enabled, the default look for blocks without PBR enabled textures is glossy and reflective. Making it matte and non-reflective instead would allow non-PBR textures to blend in more seamlessly with the world. This mostly affects addons that add new blocks; Because most RTX resource packs don't have support for those blocks, the glossiness makes them stick out.

This is an old post but definitely needs more attention. Mojang/Microsoft please give this more attention, I know your teams are talented enough for something like this
