Adding the world border command to minecraft bedrock PE and PS4 edition

So I've been wanting to do this and its my birthday i loved minecraft since release and its my birthday so can you please do this for me this was supposed to be a family activity but I couldn't do it so my birthday was terrible

    Pls just add this because us Minecraft pe players want to have a border or add it it Minecraft bedrock experiments
