You removed this as it was seen as a bug, but alot of people saw it as a game mechanic that made sense with how dripstone is supposed to work. Alot of people want this mechanic back and those are the people who use potions, the regen of the potions was slow and not over powered as it was, i feel it should be made a toggleable ability for standard survival without the need for activating cheats and loosing achievements.
making it toggleable will mean that the people who complained about it dont have to use it and it then becomes a choice. It was an amazing game mechanic and should be aleast made optionable and returned to the game, it gave cauldrons an actual use, removing the ability to even choose to use it means you have made cauldrons useless again, i mean come on, just because someone don't use potions or prefers to brew them doesn't like the fact it takes a full game day to fill a cauldron to make 2 extra potions for free you remove it? That in my opinion was balanced and it was the best mechanic minecraft has had in a long time!
