Microsoft Users Receive Migrator Capes Via Mojang Accounts/Before Migration

I feel like it's a bit unfair few people who were still apart of the Minecraft Community were unable to get the Cape due to being unable to afford it after December 1st 2020. Like me.

To resolve this issue to some degree. People who had owned Mojang Accounts before December 1st 2020, or had pre-existing accounts before the concept of migration truly begun may receive the Migrator's Cape.

Because they were unable to afford Minecraft at the time, they won't have Minecraft on their Mojang Account. So Mojang Accounts can also transfer to Microsoft Accounts as a "Key" to their Migration cape. "Why?" Migration Capes hold this perspective of that "Only the first generation of Minecraft had these". So I think this would make a lot of Microsoft Users happy because I think it's fair to give them it if they were apart of the community due to its perspective.
