allow the player to cross passages of a block and a half

As well as the java version, where we can surpass in slabs

    I feel it should be set according to the height of the player model and the camera should change too. (In what's now called "Dressing Room" the ability to change the height.) Shortest should be a block and a half, tallest should be two blocks - on both Java and Bedrock. Also the camera should change height according to it as well and parrots should actually sit on the player's shoulder when height is set to lower than maximum height.
