New Fishing Mechanic and Animatiton

I think it would be a great idea to update fishing as it has been awhile since it has been majorly changed. My idea is to have a bar (Ex: the exp bar) with different level of color(red,orange, yellow, and green) and the colors get smaller the closer to the middle they are. The goal would be to click a button when an indicator that moves left to right is in the middle of the bar. The closer to the middle you click the better the chance of getting rare loot would be. I also believe a new animation such as a shadowy looking blob latching onto your hook(if it was a fish it would get confusing when you catch treasure)
