Add block ID for more flowers

In the current version of bedrock "1.17.30" you are unable to use /fill for any variant of one block tall flowers besides red_flower and yellow_flower there should be a flower type just called "flower" with a block data option similar to wool or concrete. its annoying that you cant add/remove most specific flower types with commands. (i'm unable to submit feedback under commands for some reason)
