The Wandering Con Man is a New Neutral (Is only hostile when hit by the player) Illager Variant that spawns very rarely in the same way Wandering Traders Spawn. It always has one leashed Ravager using a new item called the Chain Coil. It is used for leashing mobs that cannot be leashed with the Lead. It is crafted from 9 Chains. After Killing the Ravager, which the Wandering Con Man does not mind, You are able Trade with the Wandering Con Man without the Ravager attacking you. Trading with the Wandering Con Man is very different from the Wandering Trader; for each trade there is a small chance that you will actually receive the item you traded for. For Common items, which cost around 5 Emeralds, such as Leather, dyes or food there is 15% chance that you will receive it. For Uncommon Items, which cost around 10 Emeralds, such as weak Armors, tools, and Enchantment Books there is a 10% chance of receiving the item and for Rare items, which cost around 20 Emeralds like Diamonds or Golden Apples there's a 5% chance.
