Both Minecraft versions need the same structures to spawn in the same place

Ok what do I want done? I want the seeds on Java/Bedrock to be the same, the generation is the same (Thanks Mojang) but not structures and where they spawn. Why do I want this done? To help get full parity for seeds.

    When I watch my seed Sunday and then get structures in Bedrock Edition, you can't find them in Java Edition. Please fix.
