Spotted Seals

Spotted seals would be an adorable new mob for the Iceberg biome. They could be bred with raw cod or salmon. They would be able to survive for a while in the water or on land similarly to dolphins. They would be somewhat slow on land  and fast in the water. They would be passive mobs and drop 0-2 furs when killed. These furs could be used to craft the following:

Explorer Hat and Goggles - Crafted like a helmet but with 3 fur on the top row and any 2 glass panes in the remaining 2 spots. It prevents freezing damage from powder snow and gives extra visibility when it snows.
