    -They should be like jets, not vultures. They should be faster and should always fly toward players, because they always try to fly up just to circle players, they constantly get stuck in walls and celling's and it ruins builds that involve phantom spawners

    Some how this does not fit with phantoms after all their membranes are used to make potions of slow falling

    -Only those who haven't slept should be able to see, interact with, and be attacked by Phantoms. This would solve the problem on multiplayer servers and support the idea that Phantoms are hallucinations caused by insomnia

    This is even harder for servers to make individual views for each and every player and should be fixed by by anything else like resting on a bed for 1 whole minute and it would set the payers insomnia to false 

    -They should be afraid of light. Since they are a Creature of darkness, it doesn't really make sense for them to be afraid of cats, this way, players could repel them with torches

    They are scared of cats because they actively hunt them as seen in the gifting mechanic in cats they can hunt and kill phantoms but do so when your character is fast asleep
