Glow worm pet for caves and light source

Since miner helmets are never going to make it to the game I think a good substitute would be a brand new tamable mob the glow worm. They would be about the same size as a silver fish and to tame them you could feed them glow berries. After you have tamed one it will sit on your shoulder much like a parrot, and provide you with a light source. Since this would be a slightly op addition I imagine they would be fairly hard to find. I think this would be a good way to provide us with portable light in a way that stays in the Minecraft theme.
