Water leak particles when mining a block that has water behind it.

Since the new change to caves introduces underwater water sources that are much bigger than ever before, it can be annoying to bump into a giant cave lake.

There could be a change where if you mine a block that has a water (or lava) block behind it, then tiny water particles come off into the player's face from the crack texture animation, alerting the player to stop mining and either get ready for water or to turn around.

A short explanation in why it is spilling out: it is because of the water pressure.

    Adding water or lava logged texture to blocks would be ideal.  This concept was introduced with deep slate variants to blocks in the overworld.  Having a liquid-logged variant would help miners detect the presence of either when mining.  This would prevent flooding and death when exposing water or lava that wasn't expected.  

     

    Water or lava logged blocks could also take longer to mine, like blocks with silverfish.
