Add more scoreboard operations

So there is a bit of scoreboard operations like addition, division, modulo etc.

But there is not enough to make some operations quick without weird math like

- Bitwise operations

- AND
- XOR
- OR
- left bit shift (<<)
- right bit shift (>>)

operations some other ones could be also good but these are pretty important for performance

currently the only way to calculate left bit shift is by multiplying but it would be inconvenient because if we want to shift by a certain amount we have to check the number and then run the operation, or using recursion
same with right bit shift but its division

so it's pretty important to add these operations it would make some things less annoying to do

    Whilst I think this is niche, I totally agree this should be a feature, these could be added at little cost in development time, yet would have a large impact on coding in certain parts of the game - currently doing these operations is possible but both tedious and inefficient.

    Even with the recent addition of function macros that make left and right shifting easier to do, the other 3 operations are still impractical for numbers with a large number of bits when wanting to do a large amount of operations.
