Add a menu tab for items only obtainable using commands.

So you know how some blocks are only obtainable using commands. This makes building soo much slower, you have to copy and paste the commands from the internet and even then some don't work. Adding a separate menu for these blocks would benefit map makers and builders. New people would get inspired to use these blocks.

This menu tab is only accessible in Gamemode 1/Creative Mode so it's probably bugless (I'm not a technician or a coder). This would inspire creativity and other stuff.

Stuff like the Light Block or the Command block would be included in this menu tab.
