New Noteblocks that could sustain and repeat a Note.

New Noteblock variants would give players more ways to make music in Minecraft. Holding a Note or repeating a note with a normal Note Block needs pretty large and complicated redstone machines. Building them can get very big and sometimes cause lag. new Noteblocks could make those things much simpler and compact.

• 1. Sustain Note Block.

crafted like a normal Noteblock but using Crimson Planks instead of normal planks.

This block would hold a note instead of only playing a short sound.

ways it could work:

• The Block holds the tone for about 5 seconds after receiving a redstone signal. Then duration is always the same.
• The note plays as long as the block gets a redstone signal. A maximum time of 5 seconds. player could control the duration by controlling signal duration.
• Duration depends on the strength of the Signal. Redstone strength goes from 0 to 15, this allows specific note lengths with a short pulse.

• 2. Rhythm Note Block.

Could be crafted similar to normal note block but using Warped Planks instead of other planks.

It would repeat notes automatically to create rhythms.

• the block repeats the note as long as it receives a redstone signal.
• The number of repeats depends on the strength of the redstone signal sent into the block.

this gives more creative possibilities, makes it easier to create music in Minecraft without needing much space or knowledge.

using Nether wood would also give reasons for Players to get them, which could encourage exploring  while also making it accessible.
