null scoreboard Option in target selector.

Option to select Players with an uninitialized scoreboard value. For example,

/give @s[scores={Admins=null}] apple 64
passes apples to those who do not report to the Admins scoreboard.

I think it fits quite well and that's why a lot of people use tags.
We promise that it is not difficult to add to Minecraft.

I'm a Minecraft player of the Bedrock version and I'm sorry I don't know how to spell the command syntax in Java.

    Just saying, execute unless entity @s[scores={OBJ=MININT..}] run... only runs when you have no score, so it can already be done. Granted, if a null option was added, it eould be much easier.
