Add an option to modify the position and appearance of dedicated servers

(Windows store and mobile versions as the console versions do not let you add custom servers)
Problem
A lot of people playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition don’t care about the featured servers. It’s annoying how in your face they are. They take up way more space than the other servers category takes up for the same amount of servers.

Idea
Add an option in either multiplayer or video settings to change the scale of featured servers and move them below the other servers category.

Caveat
Microsoft and the partnered servers may have an agreement on how the featured servers are displayed and changing it might be infeasible because of that agreement.
