Enderman new ranged attack

I was thinking that Enderman are always known for picking up blocks and placing them elsewhere. But what if that mechanic were to be integrated into their attacks?

What if when an Enderman is currently holding a block and it becomes hostile towards a player or mob, that it will throw that block towards the player or mob. The thrown block will deal a lot of damage.

When the player is far away, the enderman will pick up a nearby block and throw it towards them. If close by, they will attack with the default punching attack.
