The dragon's got a pretty powerful arsenal - claws, wings, tail - but it doesn't use them. But what if it did?
The claws could be used to pick up the player as it swoops down towards them. It would make the dragon vulnerable to the player's attacks but after flying a pretty tall height, it will drop the player and kill them via fall damage or void.
