Add Seagrass to Lush Cave Aquafiers

In past versions, seagrass has generated in flooded caves (in Java edition, at least). This made for a pretty nice atmosphere, but perhaps not one you want everywhere.

Currently not much sets apart a lush cave that is in an aquafier from a regular cave, thus adding sea grass would help make those caves feel lush as well, and add the variety of having caves with seagrass while also maintaining flooded ones that don't have sea grass.

    they should add seagrass and kelp to lake aquifers, the aquifers at the surface. Most often they are full of stone and sometimes dirt and stuff and no life. Fish should spawn in these surface aquifers like mini-lake or so.

    Mojang if you're seeing this please add this feature. it gives more life to surface aquifers.
