(Java Parity + Bedrock Parity) Java capes should get copied on to bedrock

I believe capes from Java should also be on Bedrock because now with Java migration maybe people that have a migrator cape should also have the cape on bedrock.  I am saying with any cape it should be on java and bedrock.  Minecon capes should also be on bedrock.  Maybe add a java cape on bedrock that you can only get if you own java.  The new Microsoft account migration makes this all this possible. One last thing I believe is capes on Bedrock should also be on Java. Thank you for your time
