Defrost a Frozen Boss on Ice Plains Spike

Hi , what if while you walk on ice plains biome find an ancient boss frozen inside a ice spike? It would obviosly pretty cool !! The peak has 2 layers , the outside one has destructible ice and the internal one has indestructible ice ... For awekening the boss You have to mine the external ice , place 8 soul camp fire near the ice spike. At this point the internal ice will melt and the boss will starts recovery his health. So the battle starts and I Really don't know what ancient beast should be frozen . I thought about a Behemoth or a new powerfull golem , but I'm pretty sure minecraft studio will find a better enemy C:
