Farmers do farm works. So let fishers do fishing :)

It is good that villagers do something special (not just ring a job site brock)

It would be at least consistent with the game's current workings, personally, I'd like for an automation approach without using villages for farming and fishing, but I do try to make use of what I got for sure.
