So, currently players may have just started their worlds, and had no luck with sheep. So, after 3 sleepless nights phantoms tear the player apart. I have 2 solutions. The first, is that for the first 6 days, phantoms cannot spawn. This means that if the previous thing happened, they likely would have had a bed by then, making it their fault, similar to the lightning rod. And to put more on this, there is a phantom cap and delivery system, where it caps the amount of phantoms that can spawn each night, making them a 1-off thing, except for that every night it expands. The delivery system is how phantoms spawn, for the first few nights it has large delays, with 1-2 spawning, so for the first few nights early warning phantoms come. But each night, the delays get smaller and the groups get larger, but this only really happens if the player decided to not use a bed. This means that its the players fault for the phantoms coming, even getting a early warning!
