The first mob is the Quarts dragon. The quarts dragon lives in floating nests above the mega quarts mountains. There eggs look like larger turtle eggs but are grey void coler. They eventually hatch into baby’s who are about the size of a bee. You can cook the tamed dragon eggs to get regeneration and more hunger points than steak. You can tame them with zapped meat from the thunder flyer mob you cannot tame baby’s, once they are tame you can hang glide from them only if you have an elytra and two sticks to control it this lets you glide faster (with 1.18 experimental snapshot 7 and rocket thing this could make it easier). The quarts dragon can scare away skeletons. To balance it out you should have to feed them every few minutes to keep them alive, and it should take a lot of food well taming. Quarts gliders are like goats in personality. They are a white dragon with a occasional brown scale, rarely they will be blue.
The thunder flyer is the second mob as you guested shoots lightning beams. They are a hostile mob spawns in certain chunks like slimes. They are hunted by quarts dragons, so make them spawn not to low or not to high. They drop a eye of ender more with looting, and a food item called zapped meat, witch you can feed to quarts dragons and eat yourself. Zapped meat does not need to be cooked and is as good as pork. They appear to nibble quarts. They are a flying purple rectangle with a golden eye.
