Shillager

Shillagers are semi rare illagers that live in camps in the end.  They wield shulker maces and shulker shields.  The shields are crafted by surrounding a shield in shulker shells and the mace is created with the following recipie

The shulker shield is more durable and has slight blast resistance.  The mace only does 4 damage, but nothing can change that.  With any armour, it still does 4 damage.
