Ram horns useability

when goats drop their horns, there seems to be no real use for it. But instead what if brewing them with similar ingredients to strength potions gave you a stronger version of strength potions that had to be used whilst you  where moving or sprinting, possibly charging up the longer you sprinted, i think this could be a cool addition

    An ironic potion would be something like "Charge" where if you sprint your speed increases and if you run into a mob it causes knockback effects and damage. Not too useful, but I could see people loving it in a PVP setting.

    also, quick side note I called them ram horns because they use them to ram you and i just kind of slipped up
